Read Leviticus 2:11, Isaiah 11:2-3, 1 Corinthians 3:16. Remind about these types: (1) grain symbolizes Jesus' life on earth--see Jesus' goodness and compassion we see in Jesus during His 'earthly' ministry. (2) honey symbolizes 'our human goodness but is tainted with our human weakness. Don't mix with grain and honey together.
